At Moonchild Counseling, we provide individual therapy for teens (15+) and women navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, burnout, relationship challenges, and life transitions. Our approach combines somatic therapy, trauma-informed care, and evidence-based techniques to help clients feel more grounded, emotionally supported, and connected to themselves.
In addition to individual counseling, we offer therapy groups and wellness workshops focused on emotional resilience, self-awareness, confidence, stress management, and healthy coping skills. Whether you’re struggling with overwhelm, identity shifts, breakups, or feeling stuck in survival mode, therapy can provide a supportive space for healing, growth, and lasting change.
